Your information, in plain words

When you send an enquiry: your name, phone number, area, what you need done, when you would like it done and, for mechanics, details of the car.

When you use GHARTISCO AI: the photos, voice notes, videos and words you choose to add. You decide what to send; nothing is recorded until you press record.

To stop misuse of GHARTISCO AI we count how often it is used from each internet connection. We keep a scrambled code for this, not your internet address itself.

To connect you with a suitable artisan and follow up with you on WhatsApp. The artisan we match receives your name, phone number, area and the job details by SMS so they can call you.

Your phone number is never shown on the website. We do not sell your information.

Your photos, video and words are looked at automatically to describe the problem and suggest the right artisan. We use two outside services for this: Anthropic (Claude) to understand photos and words, and OpenAI to turn voice notes and video sound into text.

Your files are stored privately with Cloudinary. Only the GHARTISCO team can open them, and only to help with your enquiry. GHARTISCO AI can be wrong: the artisan always checks before any work starts.

Enquiries are stored in a database hosted in Frankfurt, Germany. Photos and recordings are stored with Cloudinary. The website runs on Vercel.

The public website does not set any cookies: no tracking, no advertising. If we ever add visitor statistics, we will ask you first.

The Admin Portal, used only by GHARTISCO staff, uses one cookie to keep staff signed in. It is needed for the portal to work.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Message the GHARTISCO team on WhatsApp.
